Laure Stevens-Lubin began painting at Andover, where she attended high school. She received her B.A. from Barnard College, a master’s degree from New York University and her MFA in studio art from James Madison University. The content of her work is informed by her Buddhist beliefs, her interest in quantum physics and her concerns with the environmental issues currently facing us.
